Role Overview

We are looking for a OneStream Specialist to join a growing Finance Transformation team delivering end-to-end EPM projects across consolidation and FP&A.

You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure solutions and support delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories
• Develop OneStream finance models across consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and costing
• Support UAT and train end users
• Prepare training materials and onboard client model builders
• Deliver high-quality client deliverables
• Translate business needs into scalable OneStream blueprints
• Bridge Finance and IT using analytics and automation tools
• Support technical implementations across finance use cases

Your Profile

• University degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or similar
• 2+ years relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with OneStream
• Experience with other EPM, BI or analytics tools is a plus (Anaplan, Oracle EPM, Board, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience in accounting, consolidation, planning, budgeting or reporting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented and client-focused mindset
• Ownership mentality
• Excellent communication skills in English and either Dutch or French
• OneStream certification is a strong advantage
